Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@wallasigns.com with photos and a description, and we’ll make it right.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@wallasigns.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
