Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@wallasigns.com with photos and a description, and we’ll make it right.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@wallasigns.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
