Banner Stands Are a Must-Have for Any Car Dealership
Selling cars isn’t easy. People walk into your showroom already stressed out about spending money, and there are probably three other dealerships within a few miles all trying to get the same customers. You need every advantage you can get. Banner stands might seem like a small thing, but they actually do a lot of heavy lifting. They tell people about your deals, show off what’s new on the lot, and make your whole place look like things are happening. The thing about banners is you can swap them out fast. Your zero percent financing ends Friday? Pull that banner and put up the new one on Saturday morning.
Retractable banners are worth paying a little extra for, especially in spots where lots of people walk by. The graphic rolls down into the base when you’re not using it, so it stays nice and doesn’t get all wrinkled or ripped. Moving them around is no big deal either. One of your salespeople can relocate a display in under a minute. These also come in handy when you’re doing stuff outside the dealership, like setting up at a local event or sponsoring something in town. They look polished enough to match the nice cars you’re selling.
X-stands are the budget option and there’s nothing wrong with that. They use a simple frame shaped like an X to hold the banner stretched out. Buy four or five of them for what you’d spend on one retractable. When Memorial Day weekend hits and you want signs everywhere, inside and out across the whole property, X-stands make that affordable. They’re not as slick looking, sure. But customers care more about the deal you’re offering than what kind of frame is holding up the sign.
Tabletop banners are tiny but they punch above their weight. Stick them on the finance manager’s desk where customers sit down to talk numbers. That’s where people decide on extras like warranties and protection packages. A little sign mentioning those options keeps them top of mind without anyone having to give a sales pitch. Put another one at the service counter to promote your maintenance specials. When these small signs work alongside your bigger floor displays, customers keep seeing your message no matter where they end up in the building.
